My Story

The Meadows are currently fundraising to purchase some large medical items that will benefit both staff and patients, as well as items of comfort to make the experience in our unit that little bit less a clinical space, and more of a warm place for our patients going through treatment.

Our Drag event is our latest in a long line of fundraising to be able to put towards the purchase of these items.

'The Big 'Drag' Out' will take place on Friday 29th May @ The Coleview Community Centre, with doors opening at 7pm.

We have 2 amazing solo artists in the Fabulous, Rhys Humphreys, and the Very Beautiful, Sarah Fusco, who will lead us with their stunning vocals to the Grande Finale, its the Hostess with the mostess, the sass queen who owns more sequins than Elton John................Miss Jam Tart !!!!!

Tickets for the event are £5pp (Children are welcome at parents discretion) and can be purchased Monday to Wednesday by contacting Amy on [email protected], by visiting the Reception team in The Meadows, or you can buy your ticket on the link below:

We are also running a raffle, and currently have over £1400 worth of raffle prizes donated. 
Raffle tickets are £1 a strip and can be purchased from the Reception desk in The Meadow on the Ground Floor of GWH.
